My 10 month baby!

Brooke is 10 months old and what a little sugar babe she is! She is roly poly, giggles all the time, loves her brother and life in general and is 10 months going on 16 years hahaha. You always know EXACTLY how she feels. Luckily she is happy most of the time with only a little attitude. Even her attitude slays us with cuteness, we can't get enough of this little thing.

My little sisters arrived from England 10 days ago and she is loving having all the attention. I am loving having all the help ;) 

She broke four teeth this last month! It amazes me how similar Bennett and Brooke are, she broke them the exact same month that Bennett did. She is also so mobile with her crawling and is pulling herself up all over the house. 

As for Bennett's two favourite things in the world (Peppa Pig and reading), she is slowly warming up to both. She will watch Peppa but not with the same concentration as Bennett and it's the same when reading to her. She will sit still for a few pages and then starts to pull her brothers hair. It's entertaining at least :)

WEIGHT: 23 lbs! What a little meatball haha.

ROUTINE: Her routine is sort of out the window at the moment with my sisters here. She sleeps a couple times in the day and then is going to bed usually around 10. It varies though as we have been out alot but that ok, it's summer!!!

EATING: Anything and everything, this girl LOVES her food. She always has a little meal at breakfast lunch and dinner and is still on milk 4x a day.

MILESTONES: Crawling, pulling herself up on things and more words! She even said "Hi Dada" the other day when I asked her to. It was a one time thing but soooo cute! She also started clapping the other day and uses it very appropriately. She now claps at herself when she does something like talk.

Brooke is 9 months!

I have been sooo busy lately that I haven't been able to blog. None the less, Brooke turned nine months on June 13th and I made sure to take some pictures in hopes of getting around to blogging at some point!

Brooke is SO STRONG now! She went from doing hardly anything last month to being able to do so much. She scoots all over the house and can pull herself up on almost anything. She can even stand for about 1 second if we let go of her. It's so cute! Bennett started crawling between nine and ten months so I am curious to see if she will be the same.

Little Brookey is also more and more sassy as the months go on. She is still sweet and kind....when she wants to be. She also knows how to get attention, fake cry for what she wants and hit's faces. It's cute....for now hahaha.

Her mood can go from happy to upset in about 1 second flat...

Brooke will also eat anything!!!! Bennett is always sneaking her food on top of what I give her and she manages to get through most of it without teeth. She is still not teething but I LOOOOVEEE little gummy baby mouths so I don't mind. I have heard that girls get through teething easier than boys....so hopefully that is the case for Brooke.

Anyways, here are her stats and her nine months pictures!!!

WEIGHT: 23 lbs

ROUTINE: She is still up later than I would want her to be but can be put to sleep quite easily in her crib. At some point during the night I move her into our bed as she wakes up and wont fall asleep again without us. That means Brooke always gives Daddy a good wake up call in the morning by pulling his hair or pinching his face haha. It's actually quite sweet because now she gets upset when Ryan leaves for work in the mornings. It breaks his heart!

EATING: Anything and everything. Formula about four times a day with all sorts to compliment it. We always sit down for dinner so she typically has a plate of whatever we eat too.

MILESTONES: "Dada" is definitely her word of choice these days. She also waves at us when we say goodbye and like I said above, her strength these days is crazy! Brooke is always shuffling herself into tight corners and getting stuck under chairs. She also has some hair now! I think it's leaning towards being brown but then some days it honestly looks blonde. I guess I will have to wait and see.

The last "milestone" that I wanted to mention that was she is doing special face!! I don't know if any of you remember but Bennett went through this face where he would pull out this face if he was the center of attention. He also did it when little kids would come up to say hi to him, which in turn would scare them away. He stopped doing it before Brooke was even born though and then out of nowhere she started doing the same face around 8 months. It is SO FUNNY! I truly have no idea where they both separately picked this up!
